You can understand what MS Teams generally is.
This book is a detailed instruction on what Microsoft Teams is, the best way to use it, the best way to work with it and tips on adoption and governance. It is not meant for the IT Pro / Administrator audience who are looking to setup PSTN, perform network testing & configuration or other highly technical aspects of Teams. There are a lot of great tips and instructions for end-users and those who work with the product daily however. A well written book.Also, the co-author (Matthew J. Bailey) is keeping updates from Microsoft on Teams on his blog to make sure any changes since the book was released are documented to keep you up to date on the product.
If you are looking for a helpful end user focused resource on best practices for Teams use then this is the book for you. The book is a very easy read with lots of useful Teams tips from user adoption to governance. I'll definitely be recommending this book to my consulting clients who are interested in learning more about Microsoft Teams from the end user perspective.
